Patio Extension, French Drain & Privacy Screens. Mike and the L and S Services team added a BBQ area off our existing patio, removed a long downspout and replaced it with a proper French Drain. The rain water now flows directly into the garden bed instead of washing over the patio. Our ideas came together to create a cozy area for BBQ and entertaining. Cedar panels with metal tree design inserts became privacy screens for 2 open view areas in our yard. They are beautiful points of interest for us and the families who face them from their homes. Mike's attention to detail came through with his selection of a white oak slab he used for the shelf in the BBQ space. We are extremely happy with L and S and will ask them back for more projects. JB

Complete Landscaping, Fencing and Paving. Mike and his crew turned our property into a lovely home. They took on the massive project of completely landscaping an entire corner lot, and they went above and beyond. They gave us a brand new backyard with a nice deck and garden beds all around, got our two driveways paved, set us up with a very efficient French drain, set us up with some amazing flower beds, built gorgeous new fences and completely rejuvenated existing ones, set interlocking stone paths to both sides of the house, turned our shed from a clunker into something beautiful, and helped us with countless other little things around the property. These guys are the nicest, most flexible and accommodating folks you will ever meet. They work their butts off everyday and make sure you're happy about every single detail. We recommend them unreservedly. They're our go-to guys now.

Grading and leveling area around Workshop. Great work on a very challenging worksite as our Workshop is set back on the property and access is via a driveway which runs up a hill and is curved. Mike and his team came and leveled, graded and filled in the area with gravel and removed a significant amount of debris making the area usable again. Our next step will be to get the front part of the workshop laid out with pavers to provide a patio for working on of which Mike is providing input on. Mike is very knowledgeable on all things related to landscaping, don't be afraid to ask him questions pre and post job, he will patiently answer all of them, so that you're well aware of the work that is being done. His rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended

Rebuild fence. The fence Mike and crew built is solid and a good looking fence. The job was completed at the quoted price which was very reasonable. We have dogs that made this job a concern, Mike made sure yard was as secure as possible at all times. The L&S crew were always polite and as unintrusive as possible, when job was complete a thorough clean-up was done leaving yard immediately usable.
